Introduction

Consulting Prep Dubai ("we", "us", "our") provides consulting-interview coaching services to candidates in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the wider GCC. This policy explains what information we collect when you interact with our website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Email correspondence. If you email us at [email protected], we keep the content of that correspondence, including your name, email address, and anything you choose to share, so we can respond to you.
• Booking data via Calendly. When you book a free consultation, you are taken to our Calendly scheduling page. Calendly collects the information you provide there (such as name, email, and call preferences) under its own privacy policy. We receive your booking details in order to prepare for and conduct the call.
• Website usage data. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our site (pages viewed, referral source, approximate location, and device type). IP addresses are anonymized before they are used for analytics. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you individually.

How we use your information

We use the information above to respond to enquiries, schedule and deliver coaching sessions, improve our website and services, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers that help us operate (such as Calendly for scheduling and Google Analytics for usage measurement), and only to the extent needed for them to provide that service, or where required by law.

Data retention

We retain correspondence and booking-related information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain business records, and meet legal requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing [email protected]. You can also manage or delete your Calendly data directly with Calendly, and opt out of Google Analytics tracking using your browser settings or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Governing law

This policy and any dispute arising from it are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
