Agreement to terms
These terms govern your use of the Consulting Prep Dubai website and coaching services ("Services"). By booking a consultation or using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Our services
Consulting Prep Dubai provides 1-on-1 coaching for candidates targeting management consulting roles in the GCC, including CV and cover letter review, case interview coaching, fit and behavioral interview preparation, and LinkedIn and networking strategy. Services are delivered online (via video call) or in person in Dubai by appointment.
No outcome guarantees
Coaching improves your preparation and performance, but we cannot and do not guarantee that you will receive an interview, an offer, or any other specific outcome from any employer. Hiring decisions are made solely by the firms you apply to and depend on factors outside our control. Any statistics we cite (such as historical placement rates) describe past client outcomes and are not a promise of your individual results.
Booking, payment, and refunds
The initial strategy call is free. Paid coaching packages, pricing, and payment schedule are agreed with you individually before any paid work begins. Refund and cancellation terms are as agreed at the time of booking for that package; if nothing else is agreed in writing, sessions already delivered are non-refundable and rescheduling requests are handled on a reasonable-efforts basis.
Intellectual property
All frameworks, case materials, templates, drills, and other content we provide as part of the Services remain the intellectual property of Consulting Prep Dubai. You may use them for your own personal interview preparation, but may not redistribute, resell, or publish them without our written permission.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when booking, to attend scheduled sessions on time, and to use any materials we provide for lawful, personal purposes only.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Consulting Prep Dubai's total liability arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of employment opportunities.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
